Six steps, from a free two minute eligibility check to doctor-led GLP-1 treatment delivered to your door in South Africa.
The six steps
The medical side is handled for you. You answer a few questions, a doctor does the clinical thinking, and the medication arrives at your door. Here is the whole path, with nothing hidden in the middle.

Start the checkA doctor registered with the HPCSA reviews your answers, your history and your goals, and asks what you have already tried.
Learn moreTreatment is recommended only when it suits you. If it does not, the doctor explains why and points you to other options.
Learn moreA licensed South African pharmacy dispenses genuine, SAHPRA-registered medication and couriers it in cold chain, 2 to 8 degrees.

Learn moreRegular reviews track how you are doing and handle dose changes, side effects and plateaus. This works best as a long-term plan.

Our approach
Plenty of places will sell you a weight-loss product. Far fewer will tell you honestly when it is not the right thing for you. Four things shape how we work.
A registered doctor assesses you before anything is recommended
SAHPRA-registered stock from licensed pharmacies, never compounded copies
Regular reviews and coaching, not one sale and then silence
Side effects, real costs and who this is not right for, said out loud
A rough map
Everyone responds differently, so treat this as a rough map rather than a promise. Your doctor sets the pace based on how you are actually doing.
You start on a low, introductory dose. Some people notice their appetite settle within days. Others feel almost nothing yet, which is normal and not a sign that it is failing.
You may stay on the starting dose or move up a step, depending on how you are coping. Portions often start to feel smaller and to satisfy you for longer.
Reviews carry on, the dose is adjusted if it needs to be, and the focus widens to food, movement, sleep and holding on to muscle.
Before step one
Fair questions, answered plainly. If yours is not here, the FAQ goes further, or you can ask us directly.
GLP-1 medication is not new. It has been used in medicine for years, and everything dispensed here is registered with SAHPRA. The safety sits in the assessment: a doctor checks your history, your other medicines and your health conditions before anything is recommended, then reviews you as you go.
Side effects are common early on, mostly nausea, constipation or reflux, and they usually settle. Some people should not use this class of medication at all, and the assessment exists to catch that. You can read who should not use it before you start.
The full programme starts from R299 a month and covers the doctor reviews, the coaching and the support. A once-off online consultation is R850, and there is an annual option at R2,999. Medication is dispensed and billed separately by the pharmacy.
You pay nothing for medication that is not recommended for you. The pricing page sets out what is included, and the real cost of treatment covers what people tend to forget to budget for.
We will not promise you a number. In trials of this class of medication, average weight loss ran from roughly 8% to over 20% of body weight, over many months rather than weeks, and your result can be different. Some people respond strongly, some modestly, and a few barely at all.
What we can say is that it tends to work best alongside changes to food, movement and sleep, and that it suits a long-term plan rather than a short course. What the trials actually showed goes through the evidence.
Then the doctor says so, and explains why. That is not a wasted step. You get a clear reason and a sensible next move, whether that is a different route to weight loss or dealing with something else first.
Treatment is recommended only when it fits, and you pay nothing for medication that is not recommended for you. Who qualifies covers the usual criteria in plain language.
